First/I/have/seen/in/a/while.
Underway/at/8:55.

The/usual/anhingas.
Tri-colored/heron


Ibis

Turtles/on/the/usual/log/on/Lake/Nina.
Shared/with/wood/ducks.///That/flew/away.

 Great/egret










This/dock/on/Lake/Nina/is/proving/to/be/a/primo/wood/duck/spot.



 Three/otters/at/the/Lake/Maitland/end/of/the/canal




 They/were/very/active/chattering/away//Two/were/smaller.///A/mother/an/her/pups?
A/pelican/flew/overhead/as/Ipaddled/back/to/Fort/Maitland/Park.

Landed/at/10:45.///Just/after/the/second/boat/of/the/day/docked.
The/first/boat/was/a/City/of/Maitland/motorboat/at/the/start/of/the/day.
The/worker/was/raking/the/seagrass/or,is/it/lakegrass?from/the/ramp.
I/said/thank/you,as/I/waded/through/the/floating/strands/next/to/the/ramp,as
I/set/out.///When/I/returned/that/grass/was/gone/too.
