Hillsborough River 17 Runs

I woke up and saw a Facebook post saying 17 Runs, the downfall laden section of the Hillsborough River, had been cleared. As part of the hurricane cleanup.I had to paddle it before more people find out.
I was in the canal from Sargeant Park just before 9
Not to mention, alligators.

    Was the river clear up to Hillsborough River State Park?

    HMT, I think I have heard that it is, but I do not know. I turned around a bit up River of Dead River Park. If Stewart Cooper is reading this, he may know.
