On Lake Virginia, from Dinky Dock Park, at 9:48, Monday morning.  An intentional late start. Timing for a vaccine appointment at 12:20
 

The anhingas are nesting on the north shore of Lake Virginia

Thankfully, construction of the new dorms, or whatever the orange buildings are at Rollins College, does  seem to have affected the nesting.

First wood duck chicks  I have seen this year

Pie billed grebe.

The hawk was where the chicks had been.

Landed at 11:36.  Earlier than I planned for my 12:20 shot at Publix.  But, it was windy with on and off rain.
