Lake Maitland


 Penultimate paddle of 2021. 

On the water at 4:34




The weather sucked. 80 degrees, blue skies, light breeze.  Lots of people on the lake. Water skiers, anglers,  jet skiers, paddle boarders, pontoon boats and kayaks.  I thought, "It will get even more busy when the Friday fishing flotilla launches. Then, I remembered it was Thursday. TGIT.

Some dumbass was in a hammock under the bridge.  Wonder what the plan is when a larger craft than a kayak goes by.
