Lake Fairview

On the water at 6:20 PM

Brown pelican. My Lake Fairview timing is bad.  Last Wednesday, a northbound flock of white pelicans was too far away to get a photo.  Today, a smaller flock of the huge birds, southbound, eluded me.


 


Coots. The Florida State Bird.  Actually, that would be, old coots.










Landed at 7:30. Gotta love the short portage to the car.
