I forgot to bring any utensils, other than a tongs. And left my coffee mug in the car. So, I improvised.
The tongs worked better on Saturday night, scraping red beans and rice out of the kettle. That's coffee in it, for breakfast. I switched to the long match I lit the camping stove with to shove the oatmeal, with bratwurst, into my mouth.
On the water at 8:10. I wanted to get out before the other two shelters. So I would not have to wait for the wheel barrow to transport my gear from shelter to kayak.
