Cedar Key, Seahorse Key

The day ended well.
Beginning was not too shabby. Sunrise at Mermaid's Landing.

Herons on the mud flats at low tide

The star that goes on top of the emergency warning tower at Christmas. I think

Stay in a different place, get different views on the morning walk.

Check out, on the water at 10 after 11.

Loon. Writing in 2019, I do not recall seeing, or hearing, any this winter.

Good to see birds coming back to Seahorse after the mysterious vanishing of 2015

Access to Seahorse is only allowed a few times a year.  Not today.

You can land, when it is not nesting season. Just can't go into the interior.

Packer playoff game, and dinner at Steamers

Had to get the lobster mac, watching the Pack.

If I always watched the Packers at Steamers, they'd never lose.  Saw the Rogers to Cobb TD to beat the Bears and clinch a playoff berth game here, and today, with 35 seconds left, the sideline catch by Cook to set up the Mason Crosby game winning field goal.
