Lakes Maitland, Nina and Minnehaha

Launched at the usual spot, Fort Maitland Park, at 8:20 this morning.

 I tested  my cracked paddle, with duct tape.  Needs more tape.  It would be nice to have 2 lighter paddles should someone join me on a long kayaking weekend,

It took 15 tries to get the above photo.  I think Republicans have taken over my camera. Shuts down for no good reason.

 Out of the canal, paddled across Lake Maitland to, and around, Dog Island

Landed just past 10:30.
