Kelly Park, Rock Springs Run

There is no kayak launch at Kelly Park. To get on the water, you have to go down the road a quarter mile to Camp Joy. After gettimg a permt with the gate code at the Kelly Park Ranger Station. Which you can only get, in person, on the day you are paddling. This, the drive, and a long portage from the parking area meant I was not on the water unti 8:30,Saturday morning.

Wekiva River and Rock Springs Run

Trailer camping at Kelly Park. Which has no kayaking after 5. So, I went to Wekiwa Springs State Park first, after work on Friday, September 22. p415
