A new section of the Withlacooche for me. There was a BBQ and Blues fest in Zephyerhills. The closest place to paddle, Hillsborough River State Park, is still closed from damage from the fall's hurricanes. I went to Withlacoochee River Pak. Part Pasco County,part Southwest Water Management Distrit
