I helped put my friends at Adventures in Florida today by taking two guests on a private tour down the Wekiva River. From Katies Landing to Highbanks Landing on the St Johns.

The day's highlight may have beeb 2 deer swimming across the Wekiva.

Linda and Dave were great guests. Not minding a soggy lunch spot. At the end of the rainy season, the rivers are high.

We took our time, taking almost 5 hours to complete the 8 miles paddle. (I told the guests it was 11, just got the 8 mile figure from the Florida Designated Paddling Trails website. Which has a link to Adventures in Florida.
