Canaveral National Seashore (both ends), and Merritt Island National Wildlife Refue

 Pre dawn at Playalinda

Launched at Eddy Creek.  For the first time

The decoys had me fooled.  I was thinking, that is so cool how that one keeps flapping its wings.

 Canals

Fishing pier at the launch.

End of the road at Playalinda.

 Coot flock
I have not been to the south end of the Canaveral National Seashore in years. 15, or more.  I do not recall the "Vistas"  Pull-overs on the side of the road

 Scrub jay
Robins at a spot I have been to, many times.  The trail head for the Oak and Palm Hammock Trails

 Wisconsin Village

Boardwalk at the Visitor Center

 Stuffed eagles, inside.
On the road.

Black Point Wildlife Drive

Not decoys

 Great southern white butterfly

 On the road again

In the Mosquito Lagoon at the south, Apollo Beach, end of the Canaveral National Seashore

Castle Windy. It is an Indian Mound.
 I landed

My Mini Transect, from Lagoon to Ocean

Hard to believe it has been 16 years since the megatransect

On the road again
Stop at the Dolphin View, for dinner.

Took a lot home.  This may have been a 2 for 1 special.
