There is a small "No Trespassing Residents Only" sign at the Lake Fairview end of the canal to Lake Sarah 

Observation. Homes with jet skis are more likely to have, "This Property Protected by the Second Amendment" signs.  Homes with kayaks, "This house believes in science" et.
