Lake Baldwin

Large barricades blocked the entrances to the Dinky Dock parking lot tonight.  Not just the folding "Bob's Barricades" that had blocked the boat ramp for about 6 weeks.  No explanation that I have been able to find.  So, I went to Lake Baldwin.
