This is how people who don't have kayaks get to Sandspit Beach at Tigertail Beach Park

Brother Pete and I were on the water at 8:33.  Not bad, considering we had a fairly long carry from the parking lot to the water. Pete generously paid the $10 parking fee.  I don't think Tigertail charges the $5 launch fee that Collier County Boat ramps charge.  On top of the $10.00 Parking fee. The fee is per vessel.  So if you have two kayaks, its $20.00 at Caxambasa  Isle of Capri Paddlecraft Park, and other County ramps.  Ripoff, but keeps the riff raff out.
