Alexander Creek

And, snorkeling, Wekiwa Spring, Alexander Spring, Clearwater Lake, Deleon Spring, Blue Spring. Have a new camera. Olympus Tough TG 5. To use under water. "5" so I had to visit 5 places.
Wekiwa Springs State Park.  Where a barred owl is waking up at 6:45 AM

Wekiwa Springs

In I go.

 Next stop, Alexander Springs

Again, into a 72 degree Spring.

Time to kayak.

Or, as my  German forebearers may have said. Verboaten!

Glad I swam before kayaking.

Just short of 2 hours on Alexander Creek

Next stop, Clearwater Lake.
Living up to its name

I think it was my first visit.  One of the six recreation areas in the Ocala National Forest that my Spring Hopper pass lets me into.

A brief swim

Next stop, DeLeon Springs State Park

Despite the crowd, I got in the water.

No pancakes for me this visit, on to Blue Springs State Park

Snorkeling in the Spring Run

Hopefully they got arrested. But I doubt it.  Want to destroy a spring?  Climb on the banks, erode the soil, break the trees, so the spring gets silted over.

Final photo, 5:44 PM. A spring, creek, and lake filled, 11 hour day,
