Paddling up Rock Springs Run

This log is in an alternate way through the curves in the open part of the Run, along the right bank. A palm tree down in the lily pads obscures the original route. Which actually is a "new" route, formed 10 or more years ago.  I knew I could get through the old route, as I did coming downstream, Friday, but it is hard to discern coming up.  I did take it on the way back.

A gator, maybe the same one, was in this spot Friday afternoon
