Lakes Virginia, Osceola, and Mizell

My intention was to paddle Lake Fairview, after work.  But, the wind was blowing hard, and it is a big lake.  I figured smaller lakes and canals of the Winter Park Chain would be a better bet.

Launched from Dinky Dock Park on Lake Virginia, at 6:32.  Decent wave action

I was soon in the Fern Canal, headed to Lake Osecola

Lake Osecola was calm

And wet. It rained, briefly

Lake Mizell, flat as a pancake

Back on a wavy Lake Virginia, where storm clouds made a spectacular sunset.

Landed at 7:32
