Lakes VIrginia and Mizell

Launching from Dinky Dock for the first time in about 6 weeks.  As with Fort Maitland, I could have launched here all along. It was the boat ramp that was closed.  That was reopened.

On Lake Virginia at 5:58.

Howell Branch Creek was too shallow to paddle under the bridge. Resident strollers said if I made it through the bridge, I would be stuck on the other side.

I turned around.

I saw the yellow flag, and thought, jeez, another selfish rich bastard with a Don't Tread on Me, flag.

I like this better.
